Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Mullgatawni

2 cups chicken broth
1 cup red potato, diced
1/2 cup sweet potato, diced
3/4 cups celery, diced
1/2 cup carrot, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
3 tbsp half and half
2 tbsp fat free plain yogurt
1 tsp cilantro

Recipe Directions for Healthy Mullgatawni

  1. Boil potatoes, sweet potatoes, celery, carrots, onion and Indian spices in chicken broth.

  2. When veggies are soft, let cool, then blend in blender.

  3. Return to pot, add yogurt and half and half, heat up and serve!
