1 tbsp olive oil
3 cups oats
4 bananas
1 cup raspberries
2 tbsp soy protein
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp ground flax seeds

Recipe Directions for Healthy Muffins

Mix, then bake @ 350 for about 25 minutes.
