Wheat Blueberry & Rhubarb muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy muffins

1 1/2 cups wheat flour
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1/3 cup of applesauce
2 cups of blueberries
1 cup rhubarb, chopped
1/2 cup oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Healthy muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients

  2. Mix egg, milk, and applesauce. Mix with dry ingredients, fold in the fruit.

  3. Fill 2/3 full in greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
