With oat flour and whole wheat flour and sweetened with natural sugars and sugar free syrup, these mini muffins will stick with you without a lot of calories!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Muffins

2 medium bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup sugar free syrup
3 egg whites
3/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oat flour
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Healthy Muffins

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine until blended. Fill 2/3 full in mini muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and enjoy!
