Makes 11 servings



Lower calorie, not super sweet, even kinda healthy muffin. Also very tasty to add 3/4 cup of poppy seed and lemon peel.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy muffin?!

2 cups spelt flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 cup yogurt
2 bananas
1/2 cup low fat milk

Recipe Directions for Healthy muffin?!

  1. Mix the flour and baking powder.

  2. Mix the egg, yogurt, bananas and milk in an other jar.

  3. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ones.

  4. Bake in the over for about 25 minutes in 200 C.
