Recipe Ingredients for healthy mini brownies

95 g maple syrup
60 g flour
45 g low fat milk
30 g cocoa powder
60 g tofu
3 g baking powder
20 g walnuts
20 g chocolate chips
15 g prunes
8 g coconut

Recipe Directions for healthy mini brownies

  1. mix tofu, milk, and maple syrup in a blender until tofu is totally smoothe.

  2. mix dry ingredients and add the tofu mixture.

  3. fold in walnuts, prunes, chocolate chips, and coconut.

  4. bake at 180 for 10 min.
