1 tortilla Tortillas
1 serving Low-moisture part skim mozzarella cheese
3 oz Baby Bella
1/4 cup Pizza Sauce Traditional

Recipe Directions for Healthy Microwave Tortilla Pizza

Lay out one whole wheat tortilla, spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on it, and arrange sliced mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds and enjoy!
