12-18 pasta shells, cooked 1 lb Ground Turkey99% Fat Free 1 1/2 cups, salsa divided 1/2 cup grated cheese, divided 1/2 cup water

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Mexican Stuffed Shells

2 serving Barilla Medium Shells (White Shells)
1 serving Ground Turkey 99% Fat Free Jennie-O
1 serving Tostito's Medium Chunky Salsa
1 serving Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheedar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Healthy Mexican Stuffed Shells

  1. Brown ground turkey and drain.

  2. Add salsa and 1/4 cup cheese.

  3. spread a thin layer of salsa on the bottom of a 9x12 baking pan.

  4. Fill each shell with the ground turkey mixture and place in pan.

  5. Pour remaining salsa on top. Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese on top.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  7. If desired sprinkle additional cheese on top after baking and return to oven for 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
