Healthy meatloaf with ground round, ground turkey, skim milk, no eggs, and whole grain bread crumbs. Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Meatloaf

1 3/4 lbs ground beef
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
1 cup bread crumbs
2 cups of nonfat milk
1/4 cup dry chopped onion
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup catsup

Recipe Directions for Healthy Meatloaf

Mix all ingredients except catsup. Spread in 9x5x3 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. Spoon catsup over top and bake for 5 more minutes.
