Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Meatloaf

2 pounds lean sirloin
2 eggs
2/3 cup ketchup
2/3 cup oatmeal
1 packet dry onion soup mix

Recipe Directions for Healthy Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix lean ground beef (93% or better) with eggs, ketchup, oatmeal and soup mix.

  3. Place in casserole dish.

  4. Cook for 90 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
