A delicious and satisfying healthy meatloaf that the whole family will love!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Meatloaf

16 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 large Egg, White
0.5 cup Tomato Sauce
2 package SPLENDA QUICK PACK No Calorie Sweetener Pouches

Recipe Directions for Healthy Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Blend all ingredients EXCEPT tomato sauce and Splenda sweeteners.

  3. Spray a bread pan with non-stick cooking spray and spread meat mixture into pan.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix tomato sauce and Splenda.

  5. Top loaf with tomato mixtures.

  6. At 350 degrees, bake 50-60 minutes or until completely browned and cooked.
