Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Meat Loaf

1 lb ground beef 85% lean
1/2 cup Nonfat Plain
1/4 cup chopped frozen spinach
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 ounces feta cheese
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon organic garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 small tomato, chopped

Recipe Directions for Healthy Meat Loaf

Mix ingredients in bowl. Divide into 18 equal parts and place in a muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees. I Put half in the freezer to cook at another time. This allows single servings fixed fresh.
