1 muffin Thomas' Light Multi Grain English Muffin
1 serving Bacon Ready To Serve Canadian Bacon
3 large Egg, White
1 serving American Singles
1 tbsp Cream Cheese Spread Fat Free
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Healthy McMuffin

Heat bacon is skillet for about 3 minutes per side, then remove from skillet. Cook egg whites in skillet next, do not overcook. Toast the English muffin in toaster then spread cream cheese on it. Add remaining ingredients to muffin and enjoy!
