Recipe Ingredients for Healthy mashed squash

1 cup butternut squash
1/2 oz pepper jack cheese
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 dash salt, pepper

Recipe Directions for Healthy mashed squash

  1. Divide cubed squash on 3 sheets of aluminum foil

  2. Pour a few drops of olive oil over each sheet, then enclose squash so there is no opening in the package

  3. Heat in oven or on grill until squash are soft

  4. Mash squash

  5. Add in milk, cheese and salt and pepper to squash
