Really moist low fat wholesome banana bread

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy low fat banana bread

1 cup bran
1 cup corn flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
2 eggs
1/2 c demerara sugar
1/2 c 2% milk
1/2 cup chopped dates
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Healthy low fat banana bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/ 170C

  2. Mix wet ingredients and sugar

  3. Mix dry ingredients

  4. Combine

  5. Fold in chopped dates

  6. Pour into well greased and floured bread pan

  7. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds on top

  8. Bake 40 minutes
