A healthy, sugar-free cupcake that will probably still beat those sugar/ cake cravings as it is sweet and goey because of the cinnamon and sweetener. I bet you won't even realise that it's a healthy muffin you're eating. This is just a basic, simple recipe so have fun and make it your own. Eat for breakfast alongside some fresh fruit (or pop som blueberries in the batter before baking them). Or add a handful of chocolate chunks and you have a delicious desert. You might even you them as a bun for your salad or soup... The options are endless.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Low-Calorie Muffins

65 grams Wheat bran
15 grams Oatmeal
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
200 grams Water
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Healthy Low-Calorie Muffins

  1. Mix together all ingredients, also add sweetener of your choice (I used 1/2 tsp no-calorie sweetener).

  2. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the batter in to a cupcake tin or 8 cupcake moulds.

  3. TIP! This recipe was originally a recipe for pancakes, so you might want to try making pancakes out of them instead. I haven't tried it myself yet, but I'm sure they'll taste great.
