This is a fast, easy, healthy way to make delisous crepes you don't have to feel bad about eating. The recipe makes about 5 crepes each being 2 tablespoons of batter. It's very low calories you could eat 2 servings without going over 200 calories!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Low Cal Crepes

1 large Egg, White
1/4 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
3 teaspoon Truvia
3 medium (1-1/4" dia)(12 g) Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Healthy Low Cal Crepes

  1. Mix the flour, egg white, water and soy milk into a bowl.

  2. Heat a skillet to medium heat with Pam or butter.

  3. Take 2 teaspoons of batter and let cook for about 40 second or until it looks ready then flip it.

  4. I top mine with 3 cut up strawberries, 1/4 cup greek yogurt and 10 blue berries. I heat the chopped fruit and yogurt for 40 seconds and add Truvia.

  5. Combine & enjoy :)
