Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Lasagna

1.5 cup Low Fat Ricotta
1.5 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
4 oz dry Whole Wheat Lasagna
16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
5 serving Organic Pre Cleaned Sliced Mushrooms
4 link Lean Turkey Italian Sausage
2 cup Tomato
4 serving Parmesan 100% Grated
1 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Healthy Lasagna

Pre heat over to 350 degrees. Brown ground turkey and sausage (remove sausage from casing). In a bowl mix ricotta and cottage cheese with one egg. In a rectangular glass dish or pan layer the bottom with sauce add noodles on top (uncooked) and then cover with sauce, add meat, then layer cheese, and add mushrooms, continue to add noodles, sauce, meat, cheese, mushrooms. Cover with foil and bake for 50 min. Once finished uncover and add parmesan to the top and bake for 10-15 min. It is watery at first but the longer it sits the thicker it will get. It is even better re-heated the next day!
