Just a great tasting ketchup that is far healthier than anything available on shelves.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Ketchup Homemade

12 oz Hunts Tomato Paste No Salt Added
1 cup water
3 oz cider vinegar
2 packets in the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp Salt Substitute

Recipe Directions for Healthy Ketchup Homemade

  1. 1. put paste in pan and stir till smooth

  2. 2. Add water a little at a time while stirring, then do the same with the cider vinegar

  3. 3. Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat till simmering.

  4. 4. Let cool, then put in an empty ketchup bottle (about 20 oz size).

  5. STORE IN REFRIDGERATOR - if you don't use it for a couple months, it might begin to get mold so - use it or lose it!
