Impromtu from my fridge contents!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Irish Stir Fry

1 tbsp olive oil
1/5 cups chicken broth
2 cups cabbage, sliced
1 cup red onion, in big chunks
1/4 pound ground turkey
1 large red potatoe
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Healthy Irish Stir Fry

  1. cut potatoe into 1/2 inch cubes.

  2. place in pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 chopped cloves of garlic

  3. let sizzle for 1 minute, add 1/2 cup chicken broth and teaspoon of garlic salt

  4. set aside on stove to fry potatoes

  5. slice cabbage and onions as desired

  6. cook ground turkey with meat seasoning

  7. once potatoes are soft enough to eat, place onions 1/2 cup of chicken broth into pan with potatoes and let simmer longer. stirring occasionally.

  8. add cabbage once onions are halfway to being tender, and add last 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 1 tsp garlic salt

  9. add meat, stir around, when cabbage is as tender as desired, remove from burner.

  10. enjoy!
