Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Impossible Pie

6 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
0.5 cup Egg Substitute, Liquid
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.25 cup Tomatoes
0.75 cup Reduced Fat Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
0.5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 dash Salt, Table
0.25 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Healthy Impossible Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Spray pie pan

  3. Cook meat until no longer pink and spread in pie pan

  4. Spread vegetables over the meat

  5. Spread cheese over the vegetables

  6. Mix flour, flax, baking soda, baking powder, and salt

  7. Add egg and whisk

  8. Add milk slowly and mix

  9. (if you wish to add some spices, I recommend hot sauce and paprika)

  10. Pour mixture into pie pan

  11. Bake for 25 -30 minutes until knife comes out clean.

  12. Serve with Salsa or anything else you like
