It's mostly milk, but it's good. Also, I usually use 1/2 caffeine coffee -- but mostly only because I am a new caffeine drinker. It's pretty good heated up throughout the day, if needed OR drink cold (from the fridge).

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Honey Coffee

1 1/4 cup nonfat milk, added vitamin A
3/4 cup coffee
1 tbsp honey
1 sweetener packet

Recipe Directions for Healthy Honey Coffee

  1. Pour coffee into microwave safe cup.

  2. Add milk.

  3. Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.

  4. Add honey (if it won't completely dissolve, microwave mixture for a little longer)

  5. Add sweetener.

  6. Enjoy!
