Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Harvest Easy Lasagna

1 lb morningstar farms steak strips
3 cups marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 3/4 cups low fat cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup grated parmesan
2 eggs
1/4 cups parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
7 oz uncooked lasagna noodles

Recipe Directions for Healthy Harvest Easy Lasagna

  1. Brown crumbles, add sauce and water

  2. mix cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, parsely, salt & pepper in medium size bowl

  3. put 1 cup of sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan

  4. lay on 3 lasagna noodles

  5. cover with cheese mixture

  6. lay on 3 lasagna noodles

  7. cover with cheese mixture

  8. lay on 3 lasagna noodles

  9. top with mozzarella, parmesan and asiago

  10. bake at 350 for 45 minutes until cheese is golden brown
