Granola w Quinoa, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and raisins. Binder is peanut butter & honey.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Granola - Take 1

4 c old fashioned oats
1 1/4 c quinoa
1/4 c flax seeds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp molasses
2 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Healthy Granola - Take 1

  1. Combine dry ingrediants

  2. Combine wet ingrediants. Add about 2 tbsp hot, hot water. Add wet to dry.

  3. Bake at 300 F for about 45 minutes, stirring every 20 or so.
