This makes me feel like I am eating a fruit cake!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Granola Snack

2 medium banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup Raisins, Golden Seedless
1 ounce dried pineapple
1 cup Oats, Rolled, Quick Cooking
2 cups Whole Grain Total
1/4 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds

Recipe Directions for Healthy Granola Snack

  1. Smash the banana's in a bowl with the honey and all seasonings. After it is smashed together and looks like a brown liquid paste, add the peanut butter- stir. Then start adding your fruit! I chopped the dried pine apple pieces.

  2. Measure into 1/4 cup servings- place into a lined muffin pan. Place into a preheated 250 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes; you're just getting the moisture out. Really good warm, cold, or room temperature!
