Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Grain Bread

2 cup water
2 tablespoon yeast
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
2 egg white
2 cup oatmeal
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup flax meal

Recipe Directions for Healthy Grain Bread

  1. Put 2 tablespoon of yeast, 2 tablespoon sugar and 1 cup water in a bowl. Set aside.

  2. Add the rest of the water and sugar in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add the olive oil, salt, egg white to the mixing bowl.

  4. Add the yeast mixture. Mix.

  5. Slowly add the wheat, oatmeal and flax meal.

  6. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
