this is yummy, filling, so good for you and yet low in calories... the crunch makes it more than just a salad as do the black beans... substitute chick peas if you like... Add spinach if you like or any other green veg... Serve with a Vinaigrette dressing of sesame oil, and vinegar, flavored with garlic, cayenne, lemon juice and Tahini... OR serve with Litehouse Sesame Ginger dressing..

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy and Good Salad

1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
