1.5 medium raw Potato
2 wedge Light Garlic
1 container FAGE Total 0%
0.5 tbsp Butter
1 oz Fat Free Cheddar
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 cup Light

Recipe Directions for Healthy Garlic Red Skin Mashed

  1. boil potatoes and broth in a pan w/ enough wate to cover them

  2. Drain and save 1/4 cup of liquid

  3. Add potatoes and saved liquid back to pan over low heat

  4. Add butter cheeses and yogurt

  5. Mash or whip while slowly adding milk
