Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Fudgy Brownies

15 oz Black Beans
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
2.5 grams Double Acting Baking Powder
2 dash Salt, Table
3 large Egg, Whole
3 serving Natural Blend Oil
1.5 tbsp Vanilla Extract
0.75 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for Healthy Fudgy Brownies

  1. Purče black beans with eggs in food processor.

  2. Add Blended Oil, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Salt, Vanilla and 1/3 cup chopped chocolate chips and mix until smooth.

  3. Pour into prepared pan, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over top of batter.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350.

  5. Enjoy! Makes approximately 30 brownies when using 2 thin 13x9 pans. Makes 15 brownies when using 1 thick 13x9 pan.
