Simple fruit and sugar-free Jell-O Vanilla Cook & Serve

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Fruit Salad

16 ounces canned pineapple
8 ounces pineapple juice
16 ounces mandarin oranges in light syrup
4 bananas
25 grapes
24 grams sugar free vanilla pudding

Recipe Directions for Healthy Fruit Salad

  1. Drain juice from manderin oranges and pineapple into a small sauce pan

  2. Empty 1 packet of Jell-O vanilla sugar free cook & serve into sauce pan

  3. Cook over medium heat, constantly stirring until mixture begins to thicken slightly and begins to turn glossy

  4. Place mixture in fridge until cool and thick

  5. Cut up bananas and grapes

  6. Combine bananas, grapes, pineapple, oranges, and mixture

  7. Serve chilled
