Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Fruit Pizza

4 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup canned peaches, sliced
1 medium green apple, sliced
1/4 cup maraschino cherries, halved
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cuppineapple, crushed
2 tbs chocolate syrup, light
2 tbs caramel topping, sugar free
8 oz refrigerated oatmeal cookie dough

Recipe Directions for Healthy Fruit Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Flatten cookie dough onto a 6-inch pizza pan. Bake until firm to touch, about 11 to 15 minutes. Cool. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar. Spread the baked cookie with the cream cheeese mixture and decorate with sliced fruit. Drizzle the chocolate and caramel.
