32 oz. frozen blueberries 1 T sugar 6 T flour 1 T orange juice 1 C oats 1/2 C chopped walnuts 3 T brown sugar 1/2 t. cinnamon 4 T canola oil 3 T flour

Recipe Ingredients for healthy fruit crumble

32 oz Blueberries
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
0.5 fl. oz Minute Maid Original
0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
9 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for healthy fruit crumble

  1. Mix blueberries, sugar, 6 T flour, orange juice. Place in 8X8 pan.

  2. Mix oats, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, 3 T flour. Drizzle canola oil over mixture and combine. Place this mixture over blueberry mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until fruit bubbles and topping is golden; 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
