Recipe Ingredients for Healthy French Toast

2 large Egg, White
2 slice, large Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Butter
0.25 serving Neilson 2% Milk

Recipe Directions for Healthy French Toast

  1. (Makes 2 slices)

  2. Seperate the white of the egg from the yolk.

  3. Add milk, egg whites, cinnamon to a bowl and beat them until they are mixed well.

  4. Take both slices of bread and completely coat them in the egg white mixture.

  5. Heat a skillet with the tsp of butter for grease.

  6. Place the bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown.

  7. Can be served with maple syrup.
