Recipe Ingredients for Healthy French Toast

2 slices of bread
1/8 cup skim milk
2 egg white
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Healthy French Toast

  1. Stir everything together in a flat dish (not the bread!). Soak bread for about 2 minutes on each side.

  2. Fry on griddle (using non-stick spray) until nicely browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes.
