Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Florence Spaghetti

8 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 oz Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Dry
1 cup Pasta Sauce
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 clove Garlic
4 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Healthy Florence Spaghetti

  1. Grill chicken and cut into cubes

  2. Cook spaghetti according to package

  3. Meanwhile, in frying pan, heat oil and add peppers with garlic. Cook until soft but still a little crispy. Lower heat and add spinach with 1/4 cup water. Stir until all leaves have wilted.

  4. Add pasta and diced chicken and pasta sauce. Simmer for a few minutes mixing together.
