Recipe Ingredients for Healthy-fied, Raw "Cookie Dough"

250 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
62 grams Almond Butter, Plain
1 packets Sweetener Calorie-Free
62 grams Soy Milk (Natural), Naturli

Recipe Directions for Healthy-fied, Raw "Cookie Dough"

  1. Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips) to a blender or food processor, and blend until very smooth.

  2. Mix in the chocolate chips and enjoy by eating this stuff by spoon, with graham crackers, fresh fruit, or even on top of oatmeal!

  3. Sweetener Notes: The amount of zero-calorie sweetener should be equal to 2/3 cup brown sugar. Liquid sweeteners (agave, maple, etc.) are fine as well.

  4. TIP! The batter can be prepared with peanut butter instead of almond butter (this might create an even better taste of actual cake batter - and perhaps even for less calories??)
