This chili is hearty, satisfying and best of all, DIET-FRIENDLY! Full of fiber and vitamin-rich vegetables, and yummy extra lean ground beef, it takes 15 mins to prepare then just let it simmer = super easy. Even my boyfriend, who refuses to eat vegetables, loves this meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy, fiber-rich, low-calorie Chili

360 g extra lean ground beef
14 oz red kidney beans
28 oz diced tomatoes
1 large onions, diced
1 cup celery
1 cup zucchini
2 medium carrots
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cooking spray
