1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 onion
8 ounce chicken breast
1 zucchini
4 lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 servings pinto beans
1 cup tomatoes
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Healthy Fajita Bowl

slice chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin and salt/peper. Saute in olive oild for about 7 minutes over med high heat. Add veggies and cook till crisp tender. Top over lettuce w. beans and canned tomatoes/chiles. Top w. avocado and cheese.
