3 cups oats
2 cups Crispy Rice
1 cup Fiber One
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
1/3 cup Chia Seed
1/3 cup flax seed
1 3/20 cup Agave Nectar
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
2 scoops Syntha-6 Protein Powder
1/3 cup raisins
2 egg whites
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
