4 egg whites
1 egg
1 tomato
1 pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Healthy Egg White Omelet with Veggies

  1. Heat oil in skillet - medium low (use 2 tbsp)

  2. Beat egg whites and egg in bowl

  3. Pour egg onto heated oil

  4. Turn up edges periodically to let uncooked egg run underneath

  5. Chop up veggies, keep to side

  6. Flip omelet, pat oil off top with paper towel

  7. Spatula the omelet onto a plate, flipping again and patting

  8. Add veggies and top with cheese
