Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Egg Sandwich

2 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Turkey Bacon
1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Healthy Egg Sandwich

Lightly toast English Muffine (Mutli grain tends to dry out as it toasts more). Fry one egg in a non stick pan (use fat free cooking spray if desired). Cook turkey bacon in microwave on top of a damp paper towel (keeps bacon from drying out) for 1 minute. Slice tomato and pile all high on english muffin, enjoy!
