Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Egg Muffins

3 eggs
2 wedges feta
1/2 cup chopped broccoli

Recipe Directions for Healthy Egg Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Chop up your the cheese, broccoli and ham into small pieces

  3. Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray

  4. Apply an even amount of your ingredients in the pan

  5. Whisk 3 eggs until there are no lumps

  6. Evenly pour in egg mixture on top of the ingredients

  7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
