3 tbsp egg whites
11 g mozzarella cheese
1 pattie Morningstar veggie pattie
1 tbsp dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Healthy Egg Muffin

  1. Toast English Muffin w/ cheese sprinkled on one side

  2. Fry egg whites in non-stick skillet

  3. Cook veggie pattie in microwave for 1 minute

  4. Spread mustard on non-cheese side of english muffin

  5. Assemble and enjoy!
