Healthy dough for pizza, tarts and other baking dishes.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy dough

300 g whole grain flour
200 g unbleached flour
200 g Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 pinch salt
1 pinch brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Healthy dough

  1. Mix all the ingredients and prepare a soft dough. Add some luke warm water when necessary while preparing. Then drop a little olive oil in a deep bowl. Cover all your dough with oil and place in bowl. Cover the bowl with cloth or plastic bag. Let it rest for at least an hour.

  2. Then you can use the dough for your baking dishes.
