Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Deviled Eggs

8 large Egg, Whole
4 tbsp Sour Cream
6 tbsp Dijon Mustard
5 tbsp Half

Recipe Directions for Healthy Deviled Eggs

  1. place eggs in large pot with water covering an inch above eggs, set timer to 15-20 min on medium heat

  2. take off heat, drain eggs, and add cold water into pot with eggs and leave to cool

  3. peel and cut cooked eggs in halves long ways

  4. take out yolks place in a bowl and mix with rest of the ingredients to taste

  5. place halves on plate and spoon the yolk mixture into each half nicely

  6. garnish with paprika
