Healthy version of deviled eggs. Makes (12) deviled eggs. One serving is (3) deviled eggs.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Deviled Eggs

2 oz (56.75 g) Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt
6 eggs
2 tsp. dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pinch curry

Recipe Directions for Healthy Deviled Eggs

  1. Hard boil the eggs.

  2. Split in half and put the yolks in a bowl and the whites on a plate.

  3. Mix the mash the yolks and mix the rest of the ingredients with the yolks.

  4. Fill the halves.

  5. Chill
