cabbage and peas cooked and wrapped in whole wheat rotis with juicy tomatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Crunchy Veggie Wrap

1 serving Chapati or Roti, baked whole wheat bread
1 oz Cabbage, Cooked
0.5 oz Peas, Green
2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tsp Soy Oil
0.16 serving Kissan Chilli Tomato Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Healthy Crunchy Veggie Wrap

  1. saute the boiled cabbage and boiled peas in 1 tsp oil with some pepper and turmeric and cumin powder for a couple of minutes.

  2. heat the roti on a tawa/flat iron pan

  3. take out..

  4. spread half a tsp of ketchup with the back of a spoon on one surface of the roti.

  5. place the cabbages and peas on the roti.

  6. top with 2 slices of fresh ripe tomatoes

  7. wrap up and enjoy.
