A 3 fruit crumble made with no sugar or fat!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Crumble

141 g wholewheat flour
141 g pecans
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp mace
2 tsp cinnamon
425 g tinned pumpkin
567 g Pineapple Chunks in pineapple juice
567 g apples

Recipe Directions for Healthy Crumble

  1. Place the apple in the pineapple juice and cook for about 5 mins, until starting to soften then add pineapple and cook for a further 5 mins till soft. Add the spices and pumpkin. Place in a large oven proof dish.

  2. In a blender place the pecans, wholewheat flour and ginger. Blend until the mix begins to come together.

  3. Bake at 375 for about 20 mins till brown.
