heathy and delicious just add berries. This recipe is for one person only but feel free to double it :)

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Crępes

0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
14 grams Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
0.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tsp SPLENDA No Calorie
1 tsp SPLENDA No Calorie
1.5 tsp Becel Light Margarine
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Healthy Crępes

  1. Pour 1/4 C of the mixture in a adhesive pan (medium-high)

  2. Bake for about 1 minute or until the side curls

  3. Flip and bake for 30 seconds

  4. Voilŕ ! Add berries, peanut butter etc.
