70 g cottage cheese
2 egg white
2 g flaxseeds

Recipe Directions for healthy crepe

  1. in a non stick pan add some cooking spray

  2. put 1/4 of the mixture and spread it to cover all the pan

  3. when it form bubvle from the edges flip it over

  4. wait another 30 seconds until it s cooked and turn to golden
